Leah Tomlin completed her Bachelor of Music Education (BME) at University of Oregon, and her Master of Arts in Teaching at Oregon State University, with a specialty in Music Education. As a graduate of Corvallis High School, Leah loves to be working in Corvallis. Prior to position in Corvallis, she was the Director of Choirs at Catalina Foothills High School in Tucson, Arizona.

 

Her most memorable musical moments include performing in the Finals for the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) in the Lincoln Center and placing first in the Fleischmann International Trophy Competition in Cork, Ireland with UO's Chamber Choir. These musical moments influenced her to become a teacher to recreate these experiences of fantastic music and human connection for current and future choir students.
